Cuando se habla de Amor se confunde muchas veces con el amor sentimental, algo bonito, que para muchos resulta hasta algo meloso y repulsivo.

Todos tenemos la capacidad para hacer contacto con la energía del Amor, pero muy poca gente conoce lo que es el Amor en realidad. Y como se trata de una emoción superior, lo que se llama una Emoción Real, tampoco se puede definir en palabras porque las palabras se quedan muy cortas y parecerían hasta inútiles.

Leí en alguna parte algo que podría resumirse como que el Amor es el intervalo entre notas, entre la muerte y la vida. Esa «definición» sí que se acerca mucho ya que la muerte y la vida están implícitas al hacer contacto con la energía del Amor. También la soledad absoluta, el vacío y la unión, la entrega, la confianza, la compasión y el soltar. Nada de eso es fácil.

En estos tiempos tan oscuros, en los que la maldad, la violencia, la mentira, la corrupción reina, a veces me pregunto si se puede ser fiel a esa energía, sobretodo cuando te toca en forma personal.

Todos somos capaces de amar, odiar, cuidar y maltratar. No somos totalmente buenos o totalmente malos. Las emociones negativas nos contaminan y envenenan todo el tiempo, hacen que nos desviemos del camino, que perdamos presencia.

A veces uno cree estar haciendo algo bueno cuando hablas de las injusticias y lo negativo de este mundo, cuando defiendes tu ideología particular o alguna causa. Te ensañas con pasión, acusando a los malhechores y crees estar produciendo algún cambio en la humanidad, porque piensas que lo que tienes que decir es muy importante y alguien va a escucharte porque estás cantando la verdad y quizás así se den cuenta.

Lo cierto es que nada cambia demasiado porque el único cambio que puedes conseguir en la humanidad será cuando actúes sobre ti mismo. Porque cuando contienes (que es distinto a reprimir) las emociones negativas y esperas pacientemente, el veneno sufre una transformación.

Y entonces cuando compartas, compartirás sólo emociones puras que elevan el tono de la humanidad. Todo lo que emites llega a algún sitio… No pierdas el tiempo. Pregúntate, ¿cuál es el verdadero propósito de lo que haces? Y si el modo en el que lo haces tiene algo que ver con la energía del Amor.

Si no es así, ¿cómo quieres que cambie el mundo? Sólo el Amor puede cambiar el mundo. Y el mundo empieza por ti mismo y luego puede ser contagioso… igual que los venenos de las emociones negativas. Podrías incluso ser un activista en pro de la justicia pero desde el Amor.

Si tienes hijos, educarles en el Amor es la forma de que tengan un futuro en el Amor y un mundo mejor. Pero no pienses en el futuro, porque si te vas lejos ya no estás en el Amor.

A Better World

When speaking of Love is often confused with sentimental love, something beautiful, which for many people is more like something sweet and repulsive.

We all have the ability to make contact with the energy of Love, but very few people know what love really is. And because it’s a higher emotion, which is called a Real Emotion, neither can be defined in words because words remain “short” and seem useless.

I read somewhere something which could be summarized like Love is the interval between notes, between death and life. This «definition» is very close indeed, because death and life are implied by making contact with the energy of Love. Also the absolute loneliness, the emptiness and unity, surrender, trust, compassion and let go. None of this is easy.

In these dark times, where evil, violence, lies, corruption reigns, sometimes I wonder if someone can be faithful to that energy, especially when affects us in a personal way.

We are all capable of love, hate, care and abuse. We are not completely good or completely bad. Negative emotions contaminate and poison us all the time, make us stray from the path, to lose presence.

Sometimes you think you’re doing a good thing when you talk about the injustices and the negative of this world, when you defend your particular ideology or cause. You present fiercely with passion, accusing evildoers and you believe to be producing a change in humanity, because you think what you have to say is very important and someone will listen to you because you’re telling the truth and may be that way people realize.

The truth is that nothing changes too much, because the only change that you can achieve in humanity will be when you act on yourself. Because when you withhold (which is different to repress) negative emotions and wait patiently, poison undergoes a transformation.

And then when you share, you will share only pure emotions that elevate the tone of humanity. All that you emit reaches anywhere… Do not waste time. Ask yourself, what is the real purpose of what you do? And if the way you do that has something to do with the energy of Love.

If it is not, how do you want to change the world? Only love can change the world. And the world starts with yourself and then can be contagious … like the poisons of negative emotions. You could even be a social justice activist but using the energy of Love.

If you have children, to educate them in Love is the way they will have a future in Love and a better world. But do not think about the future, because if you go away you’re no longer in Love.
